E-Wood: Plastic wood. robust, used for park benchs, street signs

Multiple revenue streams:

governement grants.

5 dollars for taking cartridge out of circulation (environment credentials but makes people buy more cartridges)

leverage:

- "People are more valuable than money" find people with complimentary skills.

- Cut them in /give equity if you dont have the revenue

- Cash is more important than profit. turnover of stock important.

- Be emotionally detached, sell it and turn it into something else.

- Pick the market

Understand the customer needs. (wrap a car with place appropriate advertisement) understand the clients processes.

talk to the people (customers). If they feel like they have created the project they will be more likely to buy.

dont do something completely out there. Find something thats been done before and do it better.

Promotion:
provide scooter at every petrol station as a message.

find reasons for a new player to grt involved (lead users).

coporate social responsibility,  no longer a transaction but has the be examined i terms of impact.

Make it selective, to make people think they are involved.

Product stewardship guarantee of life and a plan for desposal, plan for disposal or reclamation.
